​    Sometimes it is hard to have an estate sale: your location isn't ideal and there's no foot traffic, you can't be displaced from the estate for the sale, you don't want a ton of strangers poking through your belongings, there is no parking at the location needed, you don't have enough stuff for a regular estate sales company to take the job, or any other of hundreds of reasons an estate sale on site isn't ideal.

   KC Estate Buyout and Clean Out Service offer an alternative for these problems. We will come in, evaluate your space and belongings, then determine what needs to be disposed of, donated or sold.

   Next, we will do the heavy lifting and cleaning out the space. We line up the sale for the things of value, donate the things that are still good, but not valuable, and fill a dumpster of all the left over stuff, if needed. What you're left with is a clean space, ready for your next step.
